It was the induction programe "Gyanodaya" of my first day of first year in S.R.K.N.E.C.!and i sat besides ankit gulati on my right side and nishit goenka on my left side.i was discussing with gulati what was his branch and what were his future plans and all ; i knew nishit goenka as he was my batchmate at H.R. school for the iit tutions.I cud figure out many familliar faces in crowd but majority of them were new.i was frustrated to be in S.R.K.N.E.C. after putting in a lot of efforts in my 10th and 12th std exmainations!and to add to it proff gole asked us a question that why do u feel you are different?so i did stand and i wanted to say that i had interest in fields that genreally the majority of the crowd wud hate.but instead of that what went out of my touge was how many of you know nanotechnology?.now i was in an embarrasing situation so i went forward with it and i again asked plz raise your hands if u know something abt it!damn i again asked myself what is this happening?so i had messed up all as i wanted to put that interest was the point and i had gone on wrong track.oh i had now me vs crowd. The debate was heated one and i remember there was a girl from kashmir stood up and said that how can be one so confident abt his knowledge and i was so frustrated that i did not hear correctly what she said and honestly i still do not remember what she said.actually one of my friends khusboo later told me in my 2nd year that she was from kashmir,but i still do not know her name!i wanted to say sorry to her for not listening to her but she left our college.she was in my batch only becoz when we went on campus trip she was in my grup.i answered something that also i can not remember.then hemant pande my friend stood up and he rightly pointed out my mistakes and lambasted me for a careless attitude.and there the discussion ended.many guys answered the question in their own ways and we did clap to one of the answers.the guy said "mai ghar se nikalne ke pahile hamesha apne ma baap ke pair choonke nikalta hun".i was just waiting for the session to end.so in that heated discussion majority of the crowd had started disliking me and i was their target in first year!but i was happy on one side that i was famous!hehe!so the hell was over and at the end they announced names for campus visits and as soon as i heard pushkar ghatole i was happy that yes i know him!so at the end i was a villan for the first time in my life!and yes i am sorry kashmir angel!
